Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 then place potatoes, thyme, garlic and tomatoes in a roasting pan.
  2. Season with salt and pepper the mix olive oil and wine and pour over potatoes.
  3. Cover roasting pan with aluminum foil and seal the edges.
  4. Bake 30 minutes then serve while warm.
