Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp rosemary
  • 1 tbsp thyme
  • 1 1/2 tsp celery powder
  • 1 pinch salt , to taste
  • 1 pinch lemon pepper , to taste
  • 1 tsp dill
  • 1 tsp mint

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients and rub into mild white fish. The longer left on the fish before cooking, the stronger the flavors will be.
