Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix the milk and egg white.
  2. Place bread crumbs on plate.
  3. Roll cheese slices in milk mixture and then in bread crumbs.
  4. Set Cheese on a plate and refrigerate for at least an hour.
  5. For the garlic pita chips,mix butter,and garlic powder,brush pita with the mixture.
  6. Prepare the grill,(drinking a Tablatini all the while...recipe to follow)
  7. Toast the pita,brushed with olive oil.
  8. Warm the cheese for about 2 minutes(cheese will be soft,runny and lightly browned on the outside)
  9. Serve in individual plates,sprinkle with the Metaxa Brandy,and garnish with the lemon slice,serve hot with garlic pita chips.
  10. Enjoy!
