  1. In a mixing bowl stir together the honey, grapefruit peel, grapefruit juice, salt, and nutmeg.
  2. Gradually beat in salad oil.
  3. Stir in poppy seed.
  4. Transfer to a screw-top jar; cover and chill until serving time.
  5. Shake well before using.
  6. Serve over fruit or tossed salads.
