Ingredients:

  • 1-3/4 cups grape juice
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Fill cylinder of ice cream freezer; freeze according to manufacturer's directions. Transfer sherbet to a container; cover and freeze for 4 hours or until firm. Yield: 1 quart.
