Ingredients:

  • 4 cup oats
  • 3 cup water
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1-1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup maple syrup or honey

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients and let sit on the counter overnight. Bake at 170* for 12-24 hours – yes, you read that right. Crumble up the oats and serve as cereal
