Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. - Preheat oven to 350
  2. - Grease with butter a 13x9 baking dish
  3. - Mix cottage cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, eggs, butter, honey, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl until well blended. Add noodles, apples and raisons and mix well.
  4. - Spoon into baking dish and sprinkle with cinammon/sugar (optional)
  5. - Bake at 350 for 50 - 55 minutes until well set. (Bake 45 min if reheating next day)
