Gotta Have Heart Cherry Pistachio Bark

Ingredients:

  • 1-1/4 cups dried cherries
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 (12 oz) packages white chocolate chips
  • 6 (2 oz squares) vanilla candy bark

Directions:

  1. In a small glass bowl place cherries and water
  2. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes, drain
  3. In a heavy saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips and bark
  4. Remove from heat
  5. Stir in cherries and pistachios
  6. Spread onto a wax paper lined 15 x 10 inch jellyroll pan
  7. Chill 1 hour or until firm
  8. Cut with a 3 inch heart-shaped cookie cutter, can use smaller one
  9. Store in airtight container
  10. NOTE: These little hearts are wonderful, and look beautiful on a tray mixed with cookies or other candies
