Ingredients:

  • 1 (18 1/4 oz) box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp water
  • 1 (8 oz) package softened phil cream cheese
  • 1 (16 oz) box powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Bottom Layer:.
  2. Mix by hand with spoon and press into a greased 9x13” pan with spoon.
  3. Top Layer:.
  4. Mix cream cheese with powdered sugar. Beat eggs lightly. Add to cream cheese mixture.
  5. Pour on cake and bake at 350°for 40 minutes. Cool before cutting.
