This is one of my childhood favorites! It's a sweet, gooey cake that is yummmm! Ingredients:
1 (18 1/4 ounce) box yellow cake mix |
1/2 cup butter |
1 egg |
1 teaspoon water |
1 (8 ounce) package softened phil cream cheese |
1 (16 ounce) box powdered sugar |
2 eggs |
Directions:
1. Bottom Layer:.
2. Mix by hand with spoon and press into a greased 9x13” pan with spoon.
3. Top Layer:.
4. Mix cream cheese with powdered sugar. Beat eggs lightly. Add to cream cheese mixture.
5. Pour on cake and bake at 350°for 40 minutes. Cool before cutting.
