Goat Cheese and Marinated Olive Bruschetta

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Slice bread, and brush each slice with olive oil.
  3. Toast under broiler until light brown and crispy.
  4. Finely chop olives (I use my food processor), and add balsamic vinaigrette.
  5. Spread goat cheese on each slice, and add olive mixture on top.
