Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp honey

Directions:

  1. Steam carrots to desired doneness. When done, add other ingredients and heat for 5 minutes.
  2. You can also boil the carrots in 2/3c. Water and 1/2tsp salt.
