Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat the soy sauce to boiling.
  2. Stir in the ginger and simmer about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the vinegar, sugar, juice, and salt.
  4. Pour the mixture over the shrimp and refrigerate 2-3 hours.
  5. Sprinkle with the onions before serving.
  6. Alternatively, use uncooked shrimp and marinate as above before grilling.
