Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 3 cups water
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup brandy
  • 4 lemon slices

Directions:

  1. Simmer sugar, water, ginger and lemon juice for 15 minutes.
  2. Stir in brandy.
  3. Strain and divide between 4 mugs.
