Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Snap off tough ends of asparagus.
  2. Remove scales from stalks with a knife or vegetable peeler, if desired.
  3. Cut spears into 2-inch pieces.
  4. Coat a large non-stick skillet with cooking spray.
  5. Place over medium-low heat until hot.
  6. Add asparagus, soy sauce, sesame seeds, ginger, and pepper.
  7. Saute 5 minutes or until asparagus is crisp-tender.
  8. To serve, transfer to a serving bowl, and sprinkle with orange rind.
