Ingredients:

  • 3 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/2 cup molasses

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  2. Mix butter brown sugar and molasses
  3. Mix in flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves to batter.
  4. Refridgerate at least 1 hour
  5. Roll out dough and cut into desired shapes
  6. Bake 9-11 minutes.
