Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In large sauce pan, grease and butter on medium.
  2. Add potatoes and celery.
  3. Cook about 3 minutes.
  4. Add all remaining veggies, including garlic.
  5. Cook 3 minutes.
  6. Add seasonings and flour.
  7. Cook for about 3 minutes (do not cook on high-butter and grease will turn brown).
  8. Keep at Medium.
  9. Add wine, water, and lobster base.
  10. Cook 3 more minutes.
  11. Add alligator meat.
  12. Cook for 5 minutes only.
  13. Do not overcook.
