Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C
  2. Pour oil into roasting dish, and heat in oven for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven, stir garlic through oil. Add potatoes and toss, to coat potatoes.
  4. Roast for 40 minutes, or until golden and cooked through, shaking the pan occasionally to turn potatoes.
