Garlic Lime Chicken

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix together soy sauce, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and mustard.
  2. Place chicken in bowl and pour sauce over all.
  3. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade and sprinkle with black pepper.
  5. Spray fry pan with butter flavored cooking spray and heat over medium temperature.
  6. Add chicken and cook 6 minutes per side.
