Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut baguette into 1-2 chunks. Alternately skewer 3 pieces of bread and 2 tomatoes onto each of 12 metal or soaked wooden skewers.
  2. In a small bowl combine oil, garlic, paprika and herb seasoning; brush over skewers.
  3. Place skewers on oiled grill over medium heat; close lid and grill turning once until golden and crisp; about 8 mins. Sprinkle with cheese.
