Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut broccoli into florets.
  2. Steam
  3. Drain.
  4. Place in ice bath so it does not lose color
  5. Meanwhile, heat oil in a nonstick skillet.
  6. Stir in anchovies and garlic, then red pepper.
  7. When fragrant, warm and starting to soften add broccoli.
  8. Saute until combined, stir in lemon juice, and pepper and parsley. Top with grated parmesan if desired before serving.
