Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Fine dice onion
  2. Heat olive oil in hot saute pan add onions, cook for 4 minutes on medium heat
  3. Add garlic then add chick peas rosemary, oregano, black pepper
  4. Saute for 2 minutes
  5. Add tomatoes and feta toss for 30 seconds pour on to serving dish
  6. Cheese should just be warmed not melted
  7. Yum, enjoy
