Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp basil
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup cooked ham
  • 1/8 cup green onions or 1/8 cup chives
  • 1/2 cup grated orange cheddar cheese

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and stir till combined.
  2. Divide into 8 muffin cups.
  3. Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees or until tests done.
