Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt Butter and 1 oz chocolate then add next six ingredients.
  2. Press into bottom of lightly greased pan. Chill.
  3. Cream 1/4 cup of butter, add remaining 3 ingredients and beat until smooth and creamy.
  4. Spread evenly over base in pan.
  5. Chill.
  6. Melt last 1 1/2 oz chocolate and spread quickly on top of cream layer.
  7. Chill.
  8. Cut into small Squares.
  9. No larger than 2x2 as these are very rich cookies.
  10. Makes one 9x9 pan.
