Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl combine oats, flour, brown sugar and salt.
  2. Add the butter and mix until crumbly.
  3. Stir in pecans.
  4. Reserve 1-1/2 cups for topping.
  5. Press remaining crumbs mixture into a greased 13 x 9 pan.
  6. In a saucepan combine the milk, chocolate chips and shortening, cook and stir over low heat until melated.
  7. Spread over crust, sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
  8. Top with M&M's.
  9. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
