Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the oats, almnds, sunflower seeds, and flaxseed.
  3. In a small saucepan, combine the brown sugar, maple syrup, honey, oil, salt and cinamon.
  4. Cook and stir over medium heat for 2-3 minutes or until brown sugar is dissolved and mixture is heated through.
  5. Stir in vanilla.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
  7. Pour over oat mixture and toss to coat.
  8. Transfer to 15 inch by 10 inch by 1 inch baking pan coated with cooking spray.
  9. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown, stirring every 8 minutes.
  10. Allow to cool on a wire rack and stir in dried fruits.
  11. Store in an airtight container.
