Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350f - 180c.
  2. Wash and place chicken into pan.
  3. Slice fruit and spread over chicken.
  4. Chop onion and spread over chicken.
  5. Pour juice over chicken evenly.
  6. Cover and place into preheated oven.
  7. Cook covered for 45 minutes.
  8. Uncover & baste
  9. Roast for another 15 minutes.
