Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Roll out sugar cookie dough on pizza pan and bake for 20 minutes
  2. Mix and cook until boils the orange juice, sugar, and cornstarch then cook 2 minutes longer
  3. Will be thicky and shiney
  4. Cream together the cream cheese, cool whip and the powdered sugar
  5. Spread over cooled cookie dough
  6. Place fruit in a circle on this mixture or as desired
  7. Pour hot mixture over fruit while still hot
  8. Cool in refrigerator for about an hour
