Ingredients:

  • 3 cups fresh peaches or 3 cups plums or 3 cups nectarines, pitted and sliced (approximately four peaches or nectarines or eight plums
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Combine fruit and lemon juice in a blender and puree.
  2. Pour into ice cube trays and freeze.
