Ingredients:

  • peanut oil , or veg. whatever you like more. ( for frying in )
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp of the pickle juice

Directions:

  1. Heat up your deep fryer to 375
  2. In a baking dish mix together milk, egg, cayenne, and the pickle juice.
  3. Combine the cormeal, flour, paprika, salt, pepper into another baking dish.
  4. Make sure the pickle are real dry, once they are dry place pickle into the wet mixture and then into the dry.
  5. Gently place the pickle into the deep-fryer until they are golden brown, about 1-2 minutes. fry the pickles in batches, when done place on a paper towel.
