Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine eggs, sugar, milk and vanilla. Mix well. Soak bread slices in mixture.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan and add 1 tbsp. oil. Cook both sides of bread until golden brown.
  3. Place on serving platter and keep warm.
  4. Can be served with syrup or vanilla yoghurt.
