Ingredients:

  • 4 slices (112g)
  • 1/2 cup egg beaters
  • 1/4 cup soy milk
  • 2 tbsp (40g)

Directions:

  1. In a shallow dish, mix egg beaters, skim milk, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  2. Soak both sides of bread in mixture. I
  3. Pre heat pan to high heat.
  4. Add bread; reduce heat to medium.
  5. Turn bread after 2 minutes. Cook until golden brown.
