Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp sieved brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Stir strawberries with sugar. Split croissants lengthwise and cover with strawberries. Top with sour cream stirred with brown sugar.
