Freezer Rhubarb Jam

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions:

  1. Bring water and rhubarb to a boil. Add sugar and return to a rolling boil stirring often.
  2. Cook for 2 minutes stirring constantly, then add Jello and stir well.
  3. Pour into freezer containers leaving 1/4 inch headspace.
