Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Fry cut slices of frankfurter in butter in frying pan. Beat eggs well with the sour cream, salt and pepper. Pour over the frankfurters and let fry slowly. When well set place under broiler for 1 minute until brown on top. Serve hot.
  2. Double recipe if there are 2 for lunch. Frankfurter omelet makes a tasty main course for luncheon.
