Fluffy Chocolate Mocha Icing

Ingredients:

  • 16 large marshmallows
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream , whipped (measure out 1/2 pint before whipping)

Directions:

  1. In a heavy-bottomed saucepan melt marshmallows, coffee granules and water stirring constantly; cool.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream into cooled marshmallow mixture.
  3. Spread on or between cakes.
  4. Refrigerate cake and any leftover icing.
