Flavored Whipped Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1 pint heavy cream (2 cups)
  • 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, whip or beat heavy cream to medium peaks. Add confectioners' sugar and continue beating to stiff peaks.
  2. Divide whipped cream in half. Fold in juice and zest to one bowl and fold in berries to the other.
  3. Use right away or refrigerate till needed. (Recommended to use the same day).
