Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 1-1/3 cup vinegar

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Chicken thighs and legs are best but you can use any bone-in chicken pieces. Before you put the chicken on the grill for the first time, dip each piece in the mixture. Every time you turn the chicken, dip pieces in mixture and return to grill. Cook until done, dipping each time you turn.
