Finnish Cheese Omelette

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of finish cheese
  • 3 eggs

Directions:

  1. Scramble eggs so that they cover the bottom of the pan.
  2. After cooking, flip egg so that it covers half of it self.
  3. Place 2 slices of cheese in the middle.
  4. Let cheese melt.
  5. Enjoy!
