Ingredients:

  • 6 cups figs
  • 4 cup sugar
  • 1/8 cup lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Wash,stem and quarter figs.
  2. Put to large pot, add sugar.
  3. Cook slowly until sugar melts and then cook on High heat until boiling. stir frequently to keep from sticking. boil 15 t0 20 minutes, until thick. Pour in hot jars, and put in water bath for 10 minutes.
