  1. Preheat oven to 350F, and spray cupcake tins with nonstick spray (don't use liners).
  2. Mix water and cereal together, let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the brownie mix and baking soda, stir together well.
  4. Bake 20-25 minutes and then let cool completely.
