Fancy Fish Fingers

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup tomato relish
  • 3 slices prossed cheese

Directions:

  1. Turn over to 200c.
  2. Spread relish on one side of each fish fingers.
  3. Cut each cheeses slice into four strips.
  4. Lay a slice over each relish.
  5. Cut bacon into long thin strips
  6. Wrap bacon around each fish finger
  7. Place fish fingers onto a oven tray
  8. Bake 10 minutes
