Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat cream cheese in microwave safe bowl for 45 seconds.
  2. Stir in brown sugar and maple syrup, mix well.
  3. Mix whipped cream with maple flavoring.
  4. Spread cream cheese in center of serving platter.
  5. Spoon caramel sauce of cream cheese.
  6. Sprinkle with crushed gingersnaps.
  7. Top with whipped cream.
  8. Sprinkle with walnuts or pecans.
  9. Arrange apple slices and cookies around dip.
  10. Chill until ready to serve.
