Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup corn oil
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Grease pans/cans.
  3. Fill 3/4 full.
  4. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.
