Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp cold water
  • 2 tbsp hot water , plus
  • 1 tsp hot water

Directions:

  1. Combine gelatin with cold water.
  2. Add hot water.
  3. Use in place of 1 egg.
  4. ***For baking*** reduce the amount of liquid in the recipe by 1/4 cup per egg replacement used.
