Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bring 1 cup of water and salt to a boil in a medium saucepan.
  2. Add the edamame, and cook 30 seconds.
  3. Stir in the couscous and the remaining ingredients.
  4. Remove the mixture from the heat, cover it tightly with a lid, and let it stand for 5 minutes.
  5. Fluff with a fork before serving.
