Ingredients:

  • 1 package graham crackers
  • 2 package (4-serving size) vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 3 1/2 cup milk
  • 8 oz coolwhip
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp milk

Directions:

  1. For cake: Butter 9X13 cake pan. Put 1 layer of graham crackers on the bottom. Next, mis 2 pkgs of pudding w/milk and coolwhip. Pour 1/2 of pudding mixture over crackers in pan. Add another layer of graham crackers. Put the remaining pudding mixture over crackers and another layer of crackers. Refrigerate 2 hrs.
  2. For Icing:Beat all ingredients and spread on cake (Cream cheese and margarine easier to beat if room temp.)
  3. For alternative Icing: Beat well and spread over graham crackers. Refrigerate 24 hrs.
