Easy Vegan Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute vegetables in olive oil.
  2. Add whole tomatos {I use one can}, and break up tomatos wth spoon.
  3. Add can of tomato puree stir and reduce heat to low.
  4. Add seasonings to suit taste. I prefer oregano, marjoram, thyme, parsley and basil. Somtimes I add a little bit of fennel. Fresh herbs would add great flavor.
  5. Allow to simmer over low heat, or can simmer in crock pot. the longer it simmers the better.
  6. Goes great over almost any pasta
