Directions:

  1. Season meat on all sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Place roast in slow cooker.
  3. Sprinkle dried onions on top of roast.
  4. Lay bay leaves on top.
  5. 1 cup chicken broth.
  6. Cook for 1 hour on high.
  7. Lower heat to low and cook another 6-8 hours on low or until fork tender.
