Easy Sugar Cream Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 large egg

Directions:

  1. Mix first 3 ingredients in large microwave safe bowl.
  2. Microwave on high for 3:30 minutes.
  3. While cooking mix well next 4 ingredients in another bowl.
  4. Take out of microwave stir well with wisk.
  5. Pour the milk, egg, cornstarch, and vanilla mixture in to microwave bowl.
  6. Microwave on high for 3:30 munutes.
  7. Take out and stir well with wisk.
  8. Microwave on high for 3:30 minutes.
  9. Remove from microwave and pour in cooked pie shell.
